So I started birth control about a year ago and it has changed my body in a way that I don’t seem very fortunate. I understood that when taking birth control IP believe in my doctor, said, with the amount I’ve gained is a little more than normal. So a few things I am trying to do is really workout in my weightlifting class and cutting out sugar here in there even when I was really active, I was only maintaining weight but when my sport ended, I started gaining because I wasn’t being as active.
