I used to think weekends were for “catching up” (aka doing everything). But lately I’ve been protecting my Saturday morning yoga like it’s a non-negotiable appointment with myself.
Today’s vibe:
• slow flow + deep stretches
• breath work that instantly lowers my stress
• leaving class feeling lighter, calmer, and a little more me again
It’s not about being the most flexible in the room — it’s about showing up, moving with intention, and starting the weekend grounded instead of chaotic.
