Staying positive during pregnancy
Just hit 7 months pregnant, second pregnancy.
Pregnancy is hard enough with everything our bodies and mental state goes through..
But the body comments I’ve gotten this time around have been very draining.
“What have you been eating!?”
“You look 9 months”
“I can see the swelling happening”
WHYYYY
Every day i try to remind myself that I look amazing, my body is beautiful ESPECIALLY now that it’s creating life!
Not letting anyone’s words get to me anymore
Pregnancy can be filled with a myriad of emotional ups and downs, making positivity essential. It's important to refocus your mindset on what truly matters during this transformative period. Positive affirmations can be incredibly helpful; remind yourself daily that you are in CONTROL OF HOW YOU Feel. Engaging in activities that promote mental well-being, such as prenatal yoga or mindfulness meditation, can further uplift your spirits. Connecting with fellow moms or joining community forums focused on pregnancy challenges can provide invaluable support and encouragement. Also, nurturing your baby’s health is paramount, so prioritize healthy eating and self-care routines that make you feel good. When faced with negative comments from others, remember they do not define your journey. Embrace your body’s changes and how beautifully it supports life. Ultimately, your emotional health is just as critical as your physical health during pregnancy. Stay positive, you're doing great!
