Being a good problem-solver and having a genuinely positive attitude also goes a long way. After all, you're helping people find their home! Sales skills are definitely a plus, but it's more about building rapport and trust than hard selling. Is being a leasing agent a good job? Absolutely! For me, it's been incredibly rewarding.
