Finding Balance and Fun at Westwood Courts

Westwood Recreation Center has quickly become one of my favorite places to recharge and stay active. There’s something about the vibe here that instantly puts me in a good mood. The courts are clean and spacious, and whether I'm playing tennis, shooting hoops, or just stretching out on the grass, I always leave feeling a little more balanced than when I arrived.

What I love most is how versatile the space is. Some parks feel like they cater to just one group, but Westwood really feels like it's built for everyone. You’ll see kids running around the playground, people walking their dogs, serious athletes training, and casual players just having fun. It feels like a real slice of LA life—diverse, energetic, and welcoming.

Finding easy parking and clean facilities is a huge bonus too, and something I definitely don’t take for granted around here. Whether it’s an intense game day or a more laid-back afternoon soaking in the sun, Westwood Recreation Center always delivers. It’s become a place where I can push myself physically and also find a little peace amid the busyness of life.
