Rating My Empties
Essence Superfine Liquid Eyliner: 9/10 This is my go-to eyeliner. It’s a deep rich black color, goes on nice, and lasts all day. I would give it a 10 but I have seasonal allergies and when my eyes water sometimes it smudges.
Anastasia Brow Gel: 10/10 Does what it’s supposed to. Has a nice firm, almost “hairspray” like hold.
Tree Trea Hair Gel: 0/10 This stuff smelled so bad. Almost sour. It made my hair thick and sticky. It made my hair feel dirty. Idk how else to describe it. Just a big NO.
Elf Lash N Roll Mascara: 6/10 If you want just a touch of volume, then this is for you. But it definitely lacks in the length and volume area. I believe it’s supposed to be a dupe for Benefit Roller Lash. I would say it’s close, but the Benefit one is better.
Tula Protect and Glow Sunscreen Gel 1/10: This not only made me break out in pimples (I rarely get pimples and have never had acne) but it also gave my skin a chemical burn. Something was wrong with the product, I just don’t know what. It was so overhyped on social media, but it’s a big no for me. I’m giving it a one star because it did work as far as sun screen goes.
Elf 16hr Camo Concealer: 8/10 Definitely a full coverage concealer. However it does not do well on dry skin. It would be perfect for my more oily girls.
Hard Candy Precision Eye Brow Pencil: 10/10 I love this thing! It’s superfine, making small brush strokes and filling in your brows look more natural.
