Quick and Easy Mongolian Beef Noodles
In a pan, brown one pound of ground beef
Set a pot of water to boil
For the sauce:
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 hoisin sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 garlic cloves minced
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 cup of beef broth
Once the water comes to a boil, cook the spaghetti noodles until tender, strain.
Put noodles into the pan of ground beef and add your sauce mixture. Turn the heat back on to medium, allowing the sauce to come to a simmer. Mix a tablespoon of corn starch with two tablespoons of cold water and add to your sauce/noddle mixture. Cover and let simmer for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
