Many readers encounter books that are widely praised, yet they remain unlovable to them. Understanding personal reading tastes is key. Factors like writing style, character development, and plot complexity can significantly impact our engagement. For example, many readers flock to Colleen Hoover's works like 'Ugly Love' and 'It Ends With Us', lauded for their emotional depth and relatability. However, some may find these narratives don't align with their interests or experiences. Reflecting on why certain books fail to connect can be enlightening. Perhaps it's the narrative voice, pacing, or even the emotional weight of the story. Additionally, considering the themes that resonate with you can help refine your book choices. Engage with the community through targeted hashtags like #letschat to share experiences and recommendations. Finding your next favorite read begins with understanding your unique preferences and discussing them with fellow readers. Whether it's fantasy, romance, or thrillers, the journey through books is one worth exploring.

I read some colleen hoover because she was huge but personally i just felt cringe reading them and they didnt really develop well as i was reading them. Like i feel like there wasnt enough build up before the characters get crazy involved together
