have a few but a recent one was forgetting my keys and ID card that I needed to print a paper due in 30 minutes, was locked out of my apartment where I left it, and all 3 of my roomates were gone (took some running but I did end up making it on time!)

realizing I forgot to study for a big exam, or when i accidentally mix up due dates for assignments. Or showing up to class on the wrong day.
