子どもがスーパーで泣き叫ぶ場面は、多くの親御さんが一度は経験するかもしれません。私も以前、買い物中に子どもが床に寝転んで泣き叫び、お菓子を買ってほしいと訴えたことがありました。その時、周囲の視線が気になりつつも、慌てて「わかった、わかった！」と促してしまった自分に複雑な気持ちになりました。 一方、店員さんの立場になると、安全面やほかのお客様への配慮から、「ここで泣かないでほしい」という心の声が あるのもよくわかります。実際、店員さんが優しく場所を変える提案をすることで、状況が落ち着いた経験もあります。 周囲のお客さんとしては、子どもの元気な姿を微笑ましく思う方もいれば、早く泣き止んでほしいと感じる方もいて、多様な反応があるのが現実です。 私の体験では、親がイライラせず、落ち着いて対応すると子どもも安心して泣き止むことが多いと感じました。大切なのは、状況を共有し、他の立場の気持ちも尊重すること。皆さんはこんな時、どう感じどう対処していますか？コメントでぜひ教えてください！
