Posting the scale Until I’m 150lbs

As I’m nearing closer 150 I don’t even feel the weight that I am anymore my boyfriend thinks I’m having body image issues because I still feel 200lbs. I just want to get into the gym already but I don’t want to mess up my flow to I’m excited to hit 150 already hopefully by the end of the year so that I can focus on body recomposition already! Thanks for all the support from everyone also I appreciate it 💐💕💅 #progress🙏🏻 #getting my body together #bodyconfidencejourney #bodytransformation #bodytransformation #embracevulnerability #Lemon8Diary #healthylifestyle2024 #explore #fyp

... Read moreAs I approach my weight goal of 150lbs, I find myself wrestling with body image perceptions that sometimes feel heavier than the numbers on the scale. Despite weighing 167.4lbs currently, I still perceive myself as 200lbs. It's a common struggle many face and reflects the complexity of body confidence. Understanding that this journey is not just about weight but about overall well-being is crucial. Engaging in regular exercise and focusing on body recomposition, which emphasizes losing fat and gaining muscle, provides a holistic approach to achieving my goals. Connecting with others on similar journeys, whether through social media or fitness groups, can create a support network that fosters encouragement and motivation. Sharing experiences and challenges can help us all embrace our vulnerabilities. Let’s continue to share our progress and uplift each other toward healthier lifestyles. Thank you to everyone who has supported me thus far - your encouragement means everything! Let's encourage body confidence together! 💕

Ugh feel you. My goal is also 150 and I’m currently at 186. Down 8 pounds. It’s so hard to lose weight and not be obsessed with self image. I feel so self absorbed like I haven’t been this conscious about my appearance in a while.
