es que los bichos son aterradores 🐞🤓
I used to find bugs absolutely terrifying, just like many people do. The unpredictable movements and unfamiliar appearance can easily trigger fear. However, my experience has shown me that understanding these creatures better can really help reduce the anxiety they cause. For example, learning which bugs are harmless and which you might want to avoid helps put things into perspective. Most bugs are more interested in avoiding humans than interacting with them. Taking small steps like observing bugs from a distance and gradually getting comfortable around less threatening species can help lessen the fear over time. When I encounter a bug indoors, I try to stay calm and either gently relocate it outside or let it be if it’s not causing harm. Carrying a small container or jar has made this much easier. Also, maintaining clean living spaces reduces the chances of bug invasions, which helps prevent unnecessary scares. Overall, facing bug fears is about patience and gaining knowledge. While bugs might initially seem scary, they play important roles in ecosystems, and approaching them with curiosity instead of fear can transform your experience entirely.
