Something I’ve learned to accept and love
When it comes to being a girl in todays society sometimes it’s hard to feel like your beautiful in your own skin.
You can either be too “fat”, too “skinny”, not enough curves, etc
Growing up when having a thigh gap was in and now having curves is what people gravitate to and define beautiful, it’s hard to see yourself as worthy of beauty when your in the middle. I’ve learned to accept all stages of my body and allow it to grow. As long as it is nourished and healthy my body is BEAUTIFUL.

In today’s society, the pressure to conform to beauty standards can be overwhelming. Many girls grapple with their self-image, comparing themselves to often unattainable ideals. It's crucial to understand that beauty is subjective and varies across cultures. Embracing self-love means appreciating yourself at every stage of life, regardless of the number on the scale. Society currently glorifies curves, but this trend can leave many feeling inadequate if they're not part of that narrative. Body positivity advocates for everyone to celebrate their unique forms, whether they fit the mainstream mold or not. It's essential to nourish your body and prioritize health over aesthetics. Focus on what makes you feel good mentally and physically. Remember, confidence radiates from self-acceptance. Join the self-love movement to foster a sense of belonging and authenticity in your journey, and connect with others navigating similar struggles.
