GYM DAY✨
Hi Lemon8! 🍋💨 It was freezing outside this morning, but I wasn’t about to let the cold stop me from showing up for myself. Sometimes the hardest part is just getting there—but once you do, it’s game on. 💪🏾
Today’s workout was all about the Smith Machine, and I’m feeling so proud of pushing through! Here’s the breakdown:
💥 Smith Machine Workout:
1️⃣ Squats - Full range, feeling that burn in the quads and glutes!
2️⃣ Romanian Deadlifts (RDLs) - Hello, hamstrings! Keeping that back straight and core engaged.
3️⃣ Shoulder Press - Strong shoulders = better posture.
4️⃣ Bent-Over Rows - Focused on back gains and proper form.
5️⃣ Hip Thrusts - The ultimate glute-builder.
6️⃣ Reverse Lunges - Controlled and steady for stability and strength.
🚶🏾♀️ Cool Down: Wrapped up with a quick 5-minute walk on the treadmill to bring my heart rate down and stretch out those muscles.
💆🏾♀️ Hydromassage: Finished with a relaxing hydromassage session—because recovery is just as important as the workout itself. Feeling refreshed and ready to take on the day!
🔥 I finished feeling stronger than when I walked in—proof that consistency wins, no matter the weather.
