Faithful even in NO
✨A Light 💡in the Night🌙
Hey fam!! 👋🏾 Just wanted to share what the Holy Spirit revealed to me tonight 🙏🏾. I had a situation earlier today where a DECISION was being made, and I wasn’t sure how it would go. When I found out the outcome was in my FAVOR 🙌🏾, I IMMEDIATELY started PRAISING God for His FAITHFULNESS 🗣️💃🏾. But then the Holy Spirit checked me and asked: “Would you STILL call Me faithful if the answer had been NO?” 👀
That hit HARD 💥. I realized that I—like so many of us—ONLY shout “God is faithful!” when things GO OUR WAY. But the TRUTH is, GOD IS FAITHFUL even when the door CLOSES 🚪, the answer is NO ❌, or the outcome HURTS 💔. His FAITHFULNESS is not based on our FEELINGS. It’s based on His CHARACTER 🕊️.
Sometimes we CONFUSE what we WANT with what’s BEST. But just because something didn’t happen the way we hoped, doesn’t mean it wasn’t GOOD 💡. God’s WILL is ALWAYS BETTER, even if it BREAKS our heart for a moment 💔➡️💖.
Tonight, I had to REPENT 🙇🏾♀️. I told the Lord, “EVEN IF it had gone the other way, I STILL TRUST You. I STILL PRAISE You. I STILL KNOW You are GOOD.” 🙌🏾🔥
So I’m reminding YOU tonight: God is FAITHFUL in the YES and in the NO, in the CELEBRATIONS and the SILENCE 🕯️. TRUST His heart, even when you don’t understand His hand. ✝️
