You reap what you sow…EVERY TIME!

✨A Light 💡in the Night🌙

Good evening my 🌟amazing🌟 family! 🙏🏾❤️🌈🕊️ I pray your evening is FULL of PEACE and deep REFLECTION💭.

Let’s talk real for a second—EVERYTHING you THINK🧠, SPEAK🗣️, and DO🧍🏾‍♀️is a SEED🌱. Whether you realize it or not, you’re PLANTING🌾 something every single day. And here's the kicker: seeds DON’T lie. You can't plant BITTERNESS🧂 and expect a HARVEST of JOY😊. You can't speak DOUBT🤷🏾‍♀️ and reap FAITH🌄. That’s not how GOD’S KINGDOM👑 works.

Galatians 6:7 reminds us plainly, “Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.” 💥🔥

So, before you speak that word✋🏾, entertain that thought🤯, or make that move🏃🏾‍♀️—FILTER IT through the HOLY SPIRIT🕊️. Is this seed in alignment with GOD’S CHARACTER❤️? Will it produce a HARVEST that brings GLORY to His Name📖?

We’re living in a time where so many are planting seeds of HATE💣, DIVISION🧨, and PRIDE😤. But their HARVEST🌪️ is coming. So is yours. Sow LOVE💞, sow TRUTH✝️, sow KINDNESS🤎, sow FORGIVENESS🫱🏾‍♀️—and trust God for the outcome.

📖 Scriptures to Meditate On🙏🏾: Galatians 6:7-8, Proverbs 18:21

... Read moreHey spiritual family! 👋 So, you know that phrase, 'You reap what you sow'? It's everywhere these days, right? From funny TikToks to relatable Instagram memes, it seems like everyone is talking about the consequences of our actions. I've seen so many hilarious takes on it, like those 'Oh my! That can't be my harvest!!!???' moments when you realize the tiny seed of procrastination you planted led to a huge stress monster! 😂 It’s amazing how a spiritual truth can become such a part of our everyday pop culture. But beyond the laughs and relatable memes, this concept holds such deep, foundational truth that I’ve been reflecting on it a lot lately. It's not just a clever saying or a funny meme; it's a profound principle for navigating life. The Bible tells us plainly in Galatians 6:7, 'Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a person sows, this he will also reap.' And honestly, I’ve seen this play out in my own life countless times, for better or worse! Think about it: every time we choose patience over anger, kindness over judgment, or encouragement over criticism, we're planting a seed. These aren't just abstract ideas; they're tangible actions that create ripple effects. If I sow seeds of negativity by constantly complaining or gossiping, what kind of atmosphere do I expect to grow around me? Probably not one of joy and peace. And trust me, I've had my share of those "Oh my! That can't be my harvest!!!" moments when I've planted some questionable seeds and then wondered why my garden wasn't blooming with happiness. It’s a real wake-up call when you realize you're looking at a harvest you didn't intend! On the flip side, when I intentionally sow seeds of gratitude, forgiveness, and hard work, the harvest is so much sweeter. It’s like tending a beautiful garden. You put in the effort, you nurture, and eventually, you see the fruits of your labor. It might not always be immediate, and sometimes the weeds (aka challenges!) try to choke out the good stuff, but the principle remains. I've learned to use a 'Holy Filter,' as my original post mentioned. Before I speak, think, or act, I try to pause and ask myself: Is this seed aligned with God's character? Will it produce a harvest that brings glory to Him and peace to my own spirit? This isn't about being perfect; it's about being intentional. We all stumble, we all plant a bad seed sometimes, but the beauty is in the opportunity to acknowledge it, learn, and choose to plant something better next time. So next time you see a "reaping and sowing" meme that makes you chuckle, remember the powerful truth behind it. It's a gentle reminder that we are constantly co-creating our reality with the seeds we plant. Let's make sure we're sowing seeds of love, truth, and kindness, so our harvest can be truly beautiful – no more "Oh my! That can't be my harvest!!!" moments for us!
