A Heart Transplant At Calvary

Good morning, my beautiful family ☀️💛! Sometimes I have to stop and really sit with what Jesus did for us 🙏🏾. 1 Peter 2:24 reminds us that He Himself bore our sins in His body on the cross, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness ✝️. Family… that’s not something to take lightly 😔. Jesus didn’t just suffer — He took our GUILT, our SHAME, and our SIN 💔. Every wrong thought, every mistake, every secret regret… He carried it.
When I think about organ donors, I realize that someone has to die so another person can live 🫀. That’s exactly what Jesus did. He gave us a NEW HEART, a NEW LIFE, a NEW BEGINNING 🌱. And just like recipients honor their donor’s gift, we too must HONOR HIS SACRIFICE by how we live 🙌🏾.
We can’t keep living like His death was casual or convenient 😢. It was COSTLY, it was SACRED, and it was FINAL. So today, REJOICE 🎉— not in guilt, but in GRATITUDE 🙏🏾. Walk in obedience 🚶🏾♀️, love others deeply ❤️, and live as someone who truly knows a SAVIOR DIED FOR THEM.
