In my personal experience, distinguishing between conviction and condemnation has been a transformative aspect of my spiritual journey. Many nights, I found myself battling feelings of guilt and shame, unsure if these emotions were nudges from God or deceptive whispers from the enemy. They remind me that through God’s grace, we can find rest from burdens and reassurance that His love never fails. This understanding has also encouraged me to show more grace and mercy to myself and others, knowing that we all walk imperfect but forgiven paths.
