The Perfect Lemon Drop Martini Mocktail ✨

This easy and yummy raspberry lemon drop martini mocktail is always on repeat in my house! Sharing this recipe again since there are so many new faces here, and because this mocktail is so good!

Those who know me, know my go to drink when going out is always a raspberry lemon drop Mocktail! Not just any kind though. It HAS to be made with fresh raspberries.

Those who know me also know that I do NOT eat raspberries - I only drink them in this drink 😂

So I never have fresh raspberries in my house

unless I’m hosting.

So when Trader Joe’s came out with these freeze dried raspberries I added them to my cart so quickly, because I knew they would be perfect for a quick at home raspberry lemon drop martini 🍋

If you want more of a tart raspberry flavor I would do a quarter cup of the freeze dried raspberries. If you want more of the lemon flavor with hint of raspberry then do less.

4 oz. Lemonade

Trader Joe’s freeze dried raspberries - as much or as little as you want. I would say just under a quarter cup.

Lemon slice for garnish - optional

Add your ice to a shaker. Pour in the lemonade. Top with freeze dried raspberries. Give it a good shake and then pour in a sugared rim martini glass!

This martini mocktail only took 2 minutes to make but tastes amazing - which is a total win! Perfect for those busy nights or lazy moments when you want a yummy cocktail with no effort 💛
