What my day looks like

1. Iced coffee (not pictured) - 80 calories - I use the nonfat fairlife milk, a k cup, and sugar free s’mores flavoring and then add ice. Total of 80 calories.

2. Lunchtime I usually do my turkey pepperoni and cheese (210 calories) and my yogurt (depending which one 60-80 calories) - Total 270-290 calories (depending on which yogurt I do)

3. Snack box - I made two sweet and three savory. All of them are about 140 calories. I used the s’mores drizzilicious, cupcake gold fish, and cinnamon roll gold fish in the sweet. The savory I used pretzel gold fish, bbq gold fish, and sour cream and onion gold fish. - Total 140 calories.

4. Dinner this week is the Red Pepper Vodka Pasta with Turkey Sausage (I have a whole video on this one breaking down the steps and ingredients - Total 486 calories.

Total calories for the day - 976-996 planned calories.

Sometimes if I’m having an extra munchy day I’ll allow myself MAX 1200 calories. I try as often as I can to just stick to this though.
