3 ounces 93/7 ground beef - 128 calories - 17g protein

1.3 ounces turkey smoked sausage - 65 calories - 5g protein

1.6 ounces mild ground turkey sausage - 88 calories - 10g protein

1 slice provolone - 50 calories - 4g protein

*preferably sliced provolone vs shredded - lower calorie and also melts SO much better than shredded
