Icon of the Seas is coming to Galveston!
Starting in August of 2027, Icon of the Seas is coming to Galveston!
It’s been speculated for a while, we even did a video on this a year or more ago, but Icon is officially coming to Galveston. The prices for these sailings aren’t all that good and are more than what we just spent to sail on Star of the Seas on a better itinerary, but that’s kind of expected with Royal expecting to capitalize on increase in demand with a new class of ship moving to Texas.
Icon will sail 6 & 8 night sailings from Galveston that go to the same ports that all the ships from Galveston sail to with Royal Caribbean, Cozumel, Roatan, Costa Maya, and Coco Cay.
We loved our sailing on Icon of the Seas back in October 2024 and it’s a top 2 ship for us and we will more than likely sail out of Galveston on Icon when she home ports there starting in August of 2027
