Hey Simmers! I'm so excited to share even more about my 'Lighthouse Lookout Apts' build. I've poured so much love into creating this vibrant community, and I wanted to give you an even deeper dive into what makes this CC FREE BUILD so special and practical for your gameplay. When I started this project, my main goal was to create a place for new beginnings. I envisioned a home for Sims who are ready to turn a new page – whether they’re newly single, just graduated from university, or simply looking for a change of scenery. That's why I focused on creating mostly 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom units, which are absolutely perfect for single Sims or those seeking a cozy, manageable space. Plus, we have one special 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit for those who need a little extra room, perhaps for a Sim couple or a small family just starting out. One of the features I'm most proud of is that Lighthouse Lookout Apts is completely CC-free! This means you won't need to download any custom content, making it super easy to drop into your game and start playing immediately. I really pushed myself to use base game and pack items creatively to achieve a stylish, modern look that feels fresh and inviting. Everything from the furniture to the decor is designed to be move-in ready, so your Sims can unpack and start living their best life right away. Let’s talk about the common area because it’s truly the heart of Lighthouse Lookout. I made sure to include plenty of amenities for your Sims to socialize, relax, and make new friends. You'll find charming picnic tables with colorful umbrellas, which are perfect for outdoor meals, study sessions, or just a casual chat. I even added string lights to create a lovely, warm ambiance during the evenings. And for the active Sims, there’s a basketball hoop for some friendly competition! All these elements are designed to foster a strong sense of community among the residents. Looking at the floor plans, you'll see how efficiently each unit is laid out. I really wanted to maximize space without making anything feel cramped. From the aerial views, you can appreciate the overall flow of the complex, including the integrated leasing office visible from the front exterior. The unit distribution across the buildings, like the one 2-bedroom unit in the left building and the multiple 1-bedroom units, offers variety. This is just Part 1 of the Lighthouse Lookout journey, revealing the main structure and common areas. I can’t wait to share more details about lease agreements and further enhancements in Part 2!
