... Baca lagiDalam perjalanan mencapai apa jua matlamat, saya sering berhadapan dengan cabaran untuk kekal konsisten. Apa yang saya pelajari ialah konsistensi bukan sahaja tentang berulang kali melakukan sesuatu, tetapi juga mengekalkan semangat di setiap langkah. Semangat atau passion adalah bahan bakar yang mendorong kita, tetapi tanpa kesinambungan, motivasi tersebut mudah pudar. Sebagai contoh, dalam sukan skating, meneruskan latihan secara berterusan walaupun kadang-kadang merasa letih amat penting untuk melihat peningkatan. Saya pernah merasa kecewa apabila tidak nampak hasil selepas beberapa kali latihan, tetapi apabila saya fokus pada kesinambungan — melakukan latihan setiap hari dengan penuh semangat — perubahan yang ketara mula kelihatan. Kata kunci yang sangat berkaitan di sini adalah "consistency" seperti yang sering saya jumpai dalam perkongsian motivasi dan juga dalam kebanyakan perisian pembelajaran kendiri. Konsistensi membantu membentuk tabiat yang positif, menjadikan setiap usaha memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dari masa ke masa. Passion pula memastikan agar kita tidak hilang arah atau berhenti di tengah jalan. Dalam dunia yang serba pantas ini, mudah untuk berasa tertekan dan mencari kepuasan segera, namun saya menyarankan untuk menanamkan mindset bahwa kejayaan memerlukan masa dan dedikasi yang berterusan. Kesimpulannya, gabungan passion yang berkobar bersama dengan konsistensi yang mantap adalah formula yang ampuh untuk segala jenis pencapaian, sama ada dalam sukan, kerjaya, atau kehidupan harian kita.
