🌿 Chiang Mai Alone Review: Spend Time with Yourself and Keep Good Memories ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
This trip I chose to visit Chiang Mai alone, and I can tell you that it's another rewarding trip to spend a lot of time with myself, walking around at will, stopping anywhere, not in a hurry.
Beginning in the morning at Chiang Mai Railway Station, stop to buy a pig toasted with sticky rice for an easy breakfast before leaving. Then go to Baan Kang Wat, an art village full of craft shops, cafes and beautiful photo corners. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, suitable for walking alone. It takes time to absorb the atmosphere and take pictures in no rush.
During the daytime, stewed meat noodles across the house next to the temple, soft meat, fragrant broth, more delicious than expected. Before the market, buy longan water, 35 baht, refill, drink and be refreshed, cool well.
During the evening, go for a walk at Nimmanmen, a neighborhood full of shops and cafes. The atmosphere is bustling but not lonely. It ends with dinner at Shabu Bu. Then stop by Roti and order a mango juice that is meant to try. It tastes fresh and delicious.
This one-man trip made me realize that sometimes happiness doesn't have to be accompanied. Walking in new places, eating delicious things, and spending time with yourself is a memory that is worth the rest of the journey.
