One major concern for students is choosing the right major that aligns with their future career aspirations. It's essential to conduct thorough research and seek guidance from academic advisors to make an informed decision. Another challenge is finding a balance between study and work commitments. Many students juggle classes, homework, and part-time jobs, making effective time management skills crucial. Utilizing tools such as calendars and to-do lists can help in organizing tasks and prioritizing responsibilities. Financial aid is another crucial aspect that requires attention. Understanding how to apply for financial aid, grants, and scholarships can be overwhelming. Students are encouraged to visit financial aid offices and utilize online resources to clarify their options and ensure they maximize available funding. By addressing these uncertainties, students can pave the way for a successful college experience.

For deciding your major, I recommend looking at career outlooks for the majors you are considering pursuing. I also recommend trying to narrow it by schools (ex: your college will have the school of education, school of humanities and social sciences, etc) and taking classes within those schools.
