Tips on how to start a fitness routine ✨

1. Joining a fitness class.

-even if it was for only 45 minutes it got me in the routine to go to the gym and actually be productive.

2. Finding a good preworkout drink.

-I drink #rawbumenergy, it gives me a boost of motivation without staying up all night or feeling itchy.

3. Get COMFORTABLE workout clothes.

-I know you want to probably wear what all the other fitness girlies are wearing but sometimes it’s just not comfortable. Find comfortable gym clothes for you, you will be more likely to have a good workout.

4. Start eating CLEAN.

-when you incorporate eating clean you are making #fitness / #wellness apart of your life. That will make you more motivated to go to the gym and carry out your goal.

5. 🫶OPTIONAL🫶 Social Media

-this is optional but bring your social media family along your journey with you. By posting your journey it will hold you accountable to keep your goals pushing.
