I’m sick and tired of keeping this a secret to myself.
Living through ongoing social and political unrest has made me increasingly aware of how pervasive conflict affects every aspect of our lives. From family gatherings to workplace environments, the ripple effects of generational disputes and political tensions are impossible to ignore. One striking observation is how jealousies between generations—especially the younger feeling resentful toward the privileges or statuses of their elders—often manifest as needless arguments or misunderstandings. These disagreements extend beyond personal relationships and seep into broader societal interactions, causing friction in neighborhoods, schools, and communities. Moreover, political warfare creates divisions that fracture public spaces and workplaces, making cooperation difficult and fostering an atmosphere of mistrust. The constant exposure to negative news feeds this unrest, leading individuals to fear or stereotype each other rather than seek common ground. Spiritual and religious conflicts add another damaging layer by impacting people’s inner well-being. When belief systems become battlegrounds, it can deeply hurt individuals' sense of peace and identity, contributing to psychological and emotional stress. Addressing these challenges requires empathy and open dialogue. Recognizing that the chaos often stems from misunderstandings and unmet needs can inspire us to rebuild broken connections. Personal stories and shared experiences are powerful tools to remind us of our common humanity amidst strife. Ultimately, being 'sick and tired' of these conflicts is a call to action—to stop internalizing frustrations silently and instead foster communication and healing. By voicing these feelings, we can begin to create patches of calm in the storm and work toward a more harmonious coexistence.

I get what you're saying, Levi, and I agree wholeheartedly. Trust me, I do! But when you claim in the very first sentence to personally be the anchor to ALL the world's frequencies? You lose a significant amount of credibility and your message suffers from it... If I were you, I would have instead claimed to be an anchor of some of the world's positive frequencies. That you? You claim membership as opposed to ownership and you can involve others, not just blame them!!!
