To the universe
I’d like to think of this as a good grounding exercise, and I try to make it that last thing I do before a go to sleep. Typically it’s something I do while I’m already in bed and tucked in, but I use this time to kinda open my thought process to the universe itself.
I reflect on my favorite parts of the day, things that made me smile, the conversations I had that day, how things went my way. And I think about the things that didn’t go well or that I didn’t get done. And when I’m done I thank the universe.
Sometimes I’ll ask the universe for abundance, or to feel well rested to next day, or ask it to continue to give me time with the ones I love. And some days I’ll find 20 dollars in the laundry, or I’ll get an extra day off from work because it’s not busy. Sometimes the universe might take a little bit but it feels like it’s always listening when you really need it. All you need to do is put it out there.
