Being absolutely broke

I know this isn’t my usual content but honestly

I am struggling and I know I’m not the only one. I never went to college because I couldn’t afford it and honestly I didn’t want to be in debt and pay for classes if I wasn’t 100% sure it was something I wanted to do.

I’ve had lots of jobs over the years from manufacturing, to serving, to what I do now which is clean houses, but I’m not making any money currently, and I’ve been looking for a new job or a second job for about 2 to 3 months now, and it just feels like nowhere’s hiring, and the places I apply seem to go for different candidates. Im trying to doordash on the side but sometimes I don’t have the gas money to do so.

I just feel trapped in this situation where I feel like I’m never going to feel financially secure, the city I live in doesn’t pay a livable wage, in fact it’s like half of what it should be. And all the adults around me are constantly telling me “oh you should have money you’re not paying a mortgage like we are.” But back in the day you could make a livable wage at Walmart. And I don’t have option of just getting a loan, or using a credit card because I have 0 credit.
