HOW I AM TRANSFORMING my body

Hey guys! I’ve been on a journey to help decrease inflammation and cortisol levels in my body, while also working on losing some weight. I’m seeing small progress, and I know it’s a process—but I’m staying consistent!

Here are some things I’ve been using or doing during this journey:

• Green tea 🍃

• Liver support drops

• Walking on incline surfaces or rough terrain 🚶🏽‍♀️

• Hormone supplements 💊

• Getting 7–8 hours of sleep 😴

• Spending time with the Lord to stay at peace 🙏

Read moreThroughout my body transformation journey, I've realized how important it is to address inflammation and cortisol levels, as both can significantly impact weight management and overall health. Incorporating green tea into my daily routine has been a game-changer, thanks to its antioxidants and metabolism-boosting properties. I also started using liver support drops, which I found beneficial for detoxification and improving digestion. Exercise plays a crucial role, so I challenge myself by walking on incline surfaces and rough terrain instead of flat paths. This not only strengthens different muscle groups but also burns more calories and improves cardiovascular health. Hormone supplements have been part of my regimen after consulting with a healthcare professional; balancing hormones helps reduce stress-induced weight gain and supports energy levels. A vital part of my progress has been ensuring 7–8 hours of sleep each night. Quality rest helps regulate cortisol and promotes muscle recovery, enhancing overall results. Moreover, I dedicate time to spiritual practices and reflection, which keeps me grounded and peaceful during this sometimes challenging transformation process. Staying consistent and patient is key—small daily habits truly add up to lasting change. If you're thinking of starting a similar journey, I recommend focusing on holistic wellness: nutrition, movement, rest, and mental peace. Track your progress, celebrate small wins, and be kind to yourself along the way.
