6. What’s something I deeply desire, but won’t admit it to myself? 🔐
(This one was difficult for me!) Don’t be afraid - this is your safe space. What’s something you’ve been afraid to admit that you want? Don’t worry if it sounds crazy or outrageous or impossible. What if you decided to go for it? What if you actually got it?

Where were you a year ago today? Reflect on your growth and your accomplishments over the past year. It’s often easy to forget how far we’ve come. What are you grateful for yourself for doing? How were you brave? How did you show up for yourself?
8. What can I accomplish this month that would make me proud on Aug 31st? 🏁
