EASY BREAKFAST MEAL PREP
Let go of those overnight oats and add some diversity to your meal prepped breakfasts!
Homemade Egg “McMuffins” 🍳
-sausage patties
-eggs with veggies of your choice (i used spinach, green pepper, and tomato)
-english muffins
-cheese
*make this in less than a half hour!🤩🤩*
FIRST start by scrambling your eggs and inserting them in to a greased/buttered muffin or silicon tray, top it with your veggies and salt & pepper. Put your eggs into a 350° oven for roughly 22 minutes
NEXT cook your sausage! (you can use precooked too, no one’s judging)
AFTER your eggs and sausage are done, be sure to toast your english muffin for that perfect crunch and top with cheese (maybe even some hot sauce😋)
I froze mine as they’ll last awhile, but i’m not sure they’ll last more than a week though. They’re SO good!!!!!
