Dinner — Sausage Tortellini Soup 🥣

Easy recipe, took less than 30 minutes!! What should I cook next?!

Ingredients:

1 lb ground Italian sausage

2 Tbl minced garlic

2 cups beef broth

3 cups chicken stock

1 cup heavy cream

8oz spinach

18oz tortellini

Salt, pepper, sage, oregano, basil, thyme, onion powder

✨ In a pot mix together beef broth, chicken stock & heavy cream, set on medium heat

✨ In a sauté pan, cook ground sausage with minced garlic, transfer into soup pot

✨ Sauté the spinach, then add it to the soup

✨ When soup is at a boil, add in tortellini let simmer about 10 minutes

✨ Season to taste
