Cinnamon Streusel Bagels 🥯

These are sooo good, especially with the strawberry cream cheese 🥰!!!

Ingredients:

✨ 6g Yeast

✨ 20g Sugar

✨ 300ml Warm Water

✨ 440g Bread Flour

✨ 5g Sea Salt

✨ 5g Cinnamon

✨ 3 Tbl Honey

✨ Cinnamon Sugar

✨ Streusel ( find recipe on my muffin post )

💥 In a bowl, sprinkle sugar && yeast onto the warm water, let bloom for 5 minutes

💥 In mixer, mix flour, salt & cinnamon together, then slowly add yeast mixture

💥 Mix on medium speed for 10 minutes

💥 Cover with plastic wrap, let proof for 1 hour

💥 Punch dough down & let rest 10 minutes

💥 Divide dough into 8 equal balls ( about 95g each )

💥 Poke a hole in the middle, lightly stretch, then let rest for 10 minutes

💥 Boil a pot of water && add honey! Boil each bagel 1 minute on each side then set aside on a parchment lined baking aheet

💥 Sprinkle cinnamon sugar & streusel on each bagel

💥 Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes!!
