Berry Banana Bread 🍞🍌🫐🍓

Growing up I would always bug my Grandma to make me some banana bread && now since my Grandma doesn’t visit as much……. I guess I’ll have to make it myself!!! It’s good, but it’s not the same 🥺 I was being extra by adding the berries!!!

✨ 4 Bananas ( ripe )

✨ 1/2 cup Butter ( softened )

✨ 1/2 cup Sugar

✨ 1/4 cup Brown Sugar

✨ 2 Eggs

✨ 1 cup Bread Flour

✨ 1/2 cup AP Flour

✨ 1 tbl Vanilla

✨ 1/2 tsp Salt

✨ 1 tsp Baking Soda

✨ 1/2 cup Blueberries ( frozen )

✨ 1/2 cup diced Strawberries ( frozen )

💥 In a stand mixer, mix butter & sugars together until fluffy then add in bananas vanilla & eggs, mix until combined!

💥 In a separate bowl, whisk together flours, salt, & baking soda!

💥 Add flour mixture into the banana mixture, then stir in berries

💥 Transfer batter into a greased loaf pan

💥 Bake at 350° for 1 hour 20 minutes

💥 Wait at least 10 minutes before cutting
