The day I became a Rapid fan
On a recent business trip to Romania, I was invited, as part of the delegation to visit the club/stadium of the Romanian football (soccer) team Rapid. It was a wonderful experience.
After learning of the team’s history, their vision and about what they are currently doing to make their team be more than just football, I was sold! I liked the fact that they think of themselves as persons who can make a difference for others!
Now, I will be watching soccer, even if I don’t fully understand the game. And I will be shouting for FC Rapid!!!#
