Okay, so who else gets totally excited walking down the stationery aisle at Walmart? My love for a good ink pen, especially Sharpies, is no secret, and I recently decided it was time for a full-on deep dive. You know, like a proper 'Testing All My Sharpies, Part 1' kind of event! I’m always on the hunt for the perfect pen, whether it's for my daily journaling, some casual calligraphy practice, or just making my notes pop. When I'm browsing the shelves for new ink pens at Walmart, I look for a few key things. First, variety! Sharpie offers so many different types now, not just the classic permanent marker. Does it dry quickly enough for a left-handed writer like me? For my handwriting and calligraphy, tip flexibility is super important. The Sharpie Brush Tip pens, for instance, are surprisingly versatile for creating those thick and thin strokes. I also pay attention to how vibrant the colors are. Some pens look great in the cap but lose their punch on paper.
