This was an excellent thrill. The storyline had plenty of secrets, drama, trauma, murder, obsession, and love. It really felt like an episode of Law & Order and Law & Order: SVU. Wynta, girl, you made sure to leave me on the edge of my seat. I'm still waiting for part two of Chosen by a Vampire. You're really not going to do a part two, are you? 😩 Anyway...
Wes and Nyomi met at the University of Illinois. On the day after graduation, Wess proposed to Nyomi. Wess was accepted at the top residency school, and Nyomi attended the top pastry chef school. After her schooling was complete, they got married. Then they leave happily after WRONG!! Wess was so controlling and wanted Nyomi to his self. He forced her to stay home and run her business from home. If she needed to run errands, then she had to wait for Wes to get off work and take her. She didn't know how to drive. Wes didn't allow her to learn to drive or get her driver's license. She wasn't allowed to take rideshares or be out of his sight unless he had to work a shift. Wes had cameras all over the inside and outside of their home. Nyomi was forbidden to go into his shed. Nyomi's cousin Twany has been telling Nyomi to leave Wes, saying there's something wrong with him. There’s always been something wrong with him; even my father pressed his concern before he passed. Twany noted his obsession with Ny is unhealthy. She said she is basically a prisoner in her own home. However, Nope Ny said he has done nothing to her that would make her want to push for a divorce. Yes, he wants her around him all the time, but he treats her well for the most part. Y'all make it seem like he's a psycho or a killer or something." Like a girl, this man showed you more things once he was off. She caught him talking to himself on more than one occasion. 🚩 He got rough with her as well, like he became someone else. What made her believe something was really off when she went in to look at the camera and saw how he distorted the kitchen, talking to himself. Wes had dissociative identity disorder from the trauma he went through. Ny knew then she needed to escape before something bad happened to her. See, Wes thought Ny was some weak woman who would never have the courage to leave him, thank again, dude.
Desert Brown, aka DB, opened up the Hot Girl Agency Private Investigator after the passing of his sister, who died from an overdose. BD was an ADA in his state. He resigned right after the resource led to the monster who took his baby sister away. Nyomi, well, I should say Ak, she changed her name anyway. She and BD wind up being neighbors one day. BD was trying to get some rest before he had to get up for work. Ak's alarm was going off, which woke him up he got up to see if the person needed help. When BD laid eyes on Ak, he knew then and there he wanted her. Ak tried to push him away, but she wanted him as well. He knew she wasn't who she claimed to be, and he didn't care. What's going to happen to Nyomi's cousin, Twany, is sad, but that girl was a fighter, you hear me. BD Ex-wife, that bxtch, she got what she deserved. Ak made sure of that, hunty. Wes, that sick sociopath, thought he was too bright, then everybody but BD handled that, when Ak went in to talk to him about finding the one girl he killed, his first kill, to bring closure to the girl's mom. The stuff he said to Ak brought chills through my body. That man was crazieee. Got damn serial killer.
