Day of eating!!
I am trying to eat mostly Whole Foods with an animal based focus
Breakfast:
- Pasture raised eggs
- Bacon
- Banana
- Blueberries
Lunch/snack:
- Sausage and egg biscuit
Dinner:
- 100% Grass fed all beef hot dog
- Sweet potato fries
- Watermelon
- Humus to dip
Hydration
- I always have at least 3 Stanley’s a day and I add a water boy packet to one of them!!
