Favorite Bracelets I’ve Made This Summer
I got laid off from my job during the first week of June 👎🏻 and in my downtime between interviews, driving for Shipt 🛒 and donating plasma 🩸 (iykyk) I picked up an old hobby that I used to do religiously while attending (and later working at) summer camp.
It started as a way to fight boredom but morphed as a way to ease to my anxiety and stop doom scrolling. 🩵
I have an Etsy shop, but many of these I end up giving to friends, trading and selling at markets. 🤸🏻♀️
Are you crafty? If yes, what’s been your favorite thing to make recently? ✨

This summer, I've reconnected with my passion for crafting, particularly bracelet making, which has not only been an enjoyable pastime but also a therapeutic outlet. Among my favorite creations are vibrant neon bracelets and ocean-inspired designs that remind me of summer adventures. Many of these handmade jewelry pieces are perfect for trading at events like music festivals, where creativity and shared experiences blend beautifully. If you're looking for tips on how to start crafting, consider gathering materials that resonate with you, such as colorful threads, beads, or charms that reflect your personality. Additionally, exploring tutorials online can open up new design ideas and techniques. Remember, crafting isn't just about the final product; it's about the joy of creating and sharing your unique pieces with friends and the community. Have you made any special items recently? I'd love to hear about your crafting journey and favorite projects!

Where did you get the neon strings from? I still make these bracelets and want to learn more patterns
