Countdown to my journal release

🌿 In 41 days I’ll be turning 45, and it feels like the perfect moment to release the Healing Girl Experience Journal. This one is so close to my heart. After the Healing Girl Picnic a couple weeks ago, I felt called to create something that lets women heal and be held in the spaces where they’ve felt unseen. 💖✨
