Broke Chicken Ramen
I usually make this when I’m really craving it, when it’s really cold, or when I am on a budget 😂
The ingredients I use:
-Soy sauce
-Trader Joe’s crunchy chili onion
-Kewpie mayo
-Sesame oil
-Egg(yolk)
-Sriracha
-Sesame Seeds
-Green onion
-Top Ramen Chicken Flavor (I personally think this brands the best for this recipe)
I don’t have measurements. I usually just taste as I go.
I just use a little bit, It only needs a little bit.
As my water comes to a boil, I start putting everything in the bowl that I’m going to use and I mix it up. The color is unflattering, I know I hate it lol
Cook your noodles then with tongs or a fork take your noodles out and place them into the bowl
**don’t drain the water**
Mix it up to coat the noodles, now this is how my man likes it as “dry”, I don’t, you can eat them as a “dry” ramen noodles and do your toppings. I personally feel that it’s best to add water and make it more of “wet” or “soupy” lmao
After you make it how you wanna eat it add your sesame seeds, green onion and chili oil
As much as you want! We don’t judge lol
Then mixy mixy it all and enjoy !
I have wanted to put chicken in here, I have yet to.
If anyone makes it and make your own tweaks or add stuff lemme know!! 🫶🏽🖤

What could be a substitute if I don’t have kewpie mayo?
