*Ahi tuna steaks

-Black and white sesame seeds

Dip and cover the steak in soy sauce top bottom and sides then cover with sesame seeds all around and then sear on top and bottom for about one minute

For the dressing I used:

-Soy sauce

-Rice vinegar

-Minced garlic

*I did make a spicy mayo for some spicy flavor for it

-Kewpie mayo

-Sriracha

-Pinch of sugar

-Half a lemon

*The bed of lettuce was:

-Spring mix

-Arugula

-Micro rainbow mix

But you can use any lettuce you like but I feel like spring mix it the best it makes it very light

*Then for toppings I used:

Start with high-quality ahi tuna steaks and coat them in soy sauce and sesame seeds for a delightful crunch. After searing them, slice the tuna into perfectly tender pieces. For the dressing, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil to create an umami-rich drizzle. For those who enjoy a spicy kick, a spicy mayo made from Kewpie mayo, sriracha, a pinch of sugar, and lemon juice complements the dish beautifully.
