Journal with me / Escribe conmigo ✍🏼📔
As long as I could remember I’ve always owned a journal / diary. For me it’s a way of self care, it allows me to clear my mind and focus on what’s really important to help me heal.
Journaling is different for everyone. For me It’s different every time. Someday’s I write about my day, another day I write about what I’m feeling and other days i write down quotes, achievements and even something silly etc. My point being that It doesn’t necessarily have to be about something specific all the time (unless you want it to be which is also completely fine).
So if you’re wanting to journal and don’t know where to start, just know that you could write down anything from the simplest thing to the deepest one.

Feeling that blank page overwhelm? I totally get it! An empty diary can feel intimidating, but it's actually an invitation to create something truly yours. Beyond just writing, I've found that making my journal aesthetically pleasing really boosts my motivation. Think about a theme: maybe it's pastel dreams, minimalist chic, or a vibrant bohemian vibe. Gathering a few simple supplies like colorful pens, some washi tape, cute stickers, or even old magazine cutouts can transform your pages. I love adding a little doodle or a hand-drawn border to my 'notes to self' – it makes the experience so much more enjoyable and personalized. Don't be afraid to experiment with different layouts too! Sometimes I do bullet points, other times a free-flowing stream of consciousness, or even a mind map for complex thoughts. Now, let's dive into those deeper reflections, especially for your hopes and dreams. These are some of my go-to prompts when I want to explore my aspirations and what truly makes my heart sing. They're perfect for when you're looking at that 'hopes and dreams' section in your journal, just like if a friend gave you one with specific sections. Remember there's no right or wrong answer, just honest reflection! If I could do any job in the world... I'd be a travel photographer, capturing stories from every corner of the globe. Why? Because combining my passion for photography with experiencing diverse cultures sounds like the ultimate adventure, letting me share beauty with others. If I had the chance to live in any country... I'd choose New Zealand. Why? The breathtaking landscapes and the laid-back, nature-focused lifestyle deeply resonate with my soul, offering peace and inspiration. If I didn’t have to work... I would dedicate my time to volunteering for animal shelters and learning new creative skills like pottery or painting. Why? I believe in giving back, and having the freedom to pursue purely joyful endeavors would enrich my life immensely. If I could travel anywhere... My top pick would be Japan during cherry blossom season. Why? The blend of ancient traditions, modern innovation, and stunning natural beauty is something I've dreamed of experiencing firsthand. If I started my own business... It would be an eco-friendly online store for sustainable home goods and handmade crafts. Why? I'm passionate about mindful living and supporting artisans, and I believe in creating a positive impact through conscious consumption. These prompts aren't just about dreaming; they're about understanding what truly drives you. Writing them down helps clarify your desires and often sparks ideas for how you can start integrating small steps towards them into your daily life, even if they seem grand. My journal isn't just a place for daily entries; it's a living, breathing guide for my aspirations, a sanctuary where 'With Me NOTES' become plans and reflections. So grab your diary, pick a prompt, and let your imagination flow!
