Cheddar Brocolli Cassarole
What you need:
sour cream 1/2 cup
milk 1/2 cup
chicken broth 1/2
olive oil 1tablespoon
butter lots.
italian seasoning
chicken
Cheddar cheese
rice
Ritz crackers
cream of chicken soup
and chicken
step one butter in a pan cook cut up chicken with Italian seasoning on it til they are golden browned.
in a separate pan bring to boil rice chicken broth and olive oil
once that boils let simmer til rice is done
add brocolli so it cooks
then add cream of chicken soup chicken cream melted butter milk
stir well and put into cassarole dish
top with Cheddar cheese and then In a separate bowl smash Ritz crackers and melted butter together and lay on top of cassarole.
I baked at 400° and for 20-30 minutes.
super delish the whole family loved.
you could substitute the cream of chicken for cream of Cheddar soup if you want that extra Cheddar flavor !
