But once I started asking myself, 'Why am I still letting this person or situation bring me down?' (just like that 'POV: When ppl ask me why I cut them off' moment), everything shifted. It’s not about being mean; it’s about prioritizing what truly serves your well-being. So, why is positivity so important? For me, it changed everything. When I started actively choosing positive thoughts and environments, my mental health improved dramatically. I felt lighter, more energized, and less anxious. It's like a ripple effect: when your inner world is more positive, your outer world starts to reflect that. You attract better experiences, build stronger relationships, and even feel more resilient when challenges arise. It's truly a game-changer for overall happiness and even physical health! Part of this journey for me has been learning to set firm boundaries. This isn't always easy, especially if you're used to being a people-pleaser. It could even mean stepping back from situations that drain your energy without giving anything back. Those 'why I cut them off' conversations? Limit Social Media Comparison: It's easy to get caught in the comparison trap. Remember that most online portrayals aren't reality. Focus on your own growth.
