My vibration plate routine

I get a lot of questions about how I use my vibration plate, so here’s exactly what I do — and what I recommend to clients too.

How I Started:

• 5 minutes

• lowest setting

• no bands

• focused on hydration + minerals first

Because with lymph + detox work, low and slow will always win.

Where I Am Now:

• 15 minutes

• stronger setting

• some days I add the workout bands

• I adjust based on how my body feels that day

And if standing feels like too much?

You can sit in a chair and place your feet on the plate. It’s a gentler way to support circulation + lymph, and it’s perfect for beginners or sensitive systems.

My Tips:

• start with the gentlest setting

• use short sessions

• watch for signs of overstimulation

• increase slowly

• support hydration + minerals daily

Your body will always tell you what it can handle. We just have to listen.
