Chicken Drumstick w Noodle Soup /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

my mum went for this and she really really liked it, my mum is pretty critical about her food usually but she said this was really FLAVOURFUL AND COMFORTING, the soup wasnt very light or very thick, its a very nice in between, raining day or sunny day, itll fit the vibe 💯 the drumstick was huge as you can see from the picture and ITS TENDER, soaking up in the flavour of the soup 🍜🍲 Noodle lovers should give it a try, noodle texture was just nice as well

i didnt manage to try the braised pork rice but my brothers liked it, generally the portion of food here is worth it 👍 along with the GREATT TASTE, if youre catching your next flight at T2 , definitely should try it out. i spent close to 2 months in Taiwan for exchange (taiwan trip details soon, do follow or comment if you have any questions!!), and the food in this cafe def can match the taiwan standards 😉

💰 Price: affordable, great portions! my memory is kinda bad but its either around 9 dollars or less than 13 dollars

atmosphere /⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐:⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

... Read moreIf you're looking to experience authentic Taiwanese cuisine right here in Singapore, Taiwan Culture at Changi Airport Terminal 2 is a must-visit. Besides the standout crispy chicken with fluffy omelette rice and the flavorful noodle soup with a hefty drumstick, the variety of traditional Taiwanese side dishes available for just a dollar really adds value to your meal. The cozy atmosphere—with soft seating and charming decor including a photo spot resembling a London bus—makes it a pleasant spot to relax before your flight. I personally found the portion sizes generous, so you get great bang for your buck, typically around $9 to $13 per meal. The dishes capture the essence of Taiwanese flavors perfectly, blending savory, comforting tastes with well-balanced seasoning—not too salty, not bland. It's especially wonderful for travelers hopping between countries who want a quick taste of Taiwan on Singapore soil. One tip: if you have time, try to sample their braised pork rice next visit, as it’s been recommended by others. Also, there's a claypot rice shop next door that's said to be worth checking out. Overall, Taiwan Culture SG offers a genuine culinary experience that rivals many eateries in Taiwan itself, making it a standout hidden gem at the airport that’s both convenient and delicious.
