-Hip Flexor Stretch-

• A deep stretch targeting the hip flexors to improve mobility and release tension. Begin in a low lunge position with one knee on the ground. Push your hips forward, feeling the stretch through the front of the hip and thigh. This helps with flexibility and range of motion, especially for activities like running or squatting.

( I will be posting more so check them out for different exercises for your lower back ) I know I myself need them all the time since my accident. However the more we progress in our own therapy the more we heal in our everyday routines. 🤎
